Fairmount Library

We are proud of our Library. We are located upstairs in the new City Hall building. The library features Adult fiction and non-fiction, juvenile fiction and non-fiction, as well as children’s fiction. We have computers, copiers, and a printer available for patrons to use as well as a large selection of used books for sale.

We also have a History/Reference section. We love donations of old Fairmount and Gordon County history.

WE take books for donations.

The book club meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday at 1:00 PM.

At 11:00 am on the second Saturday of each month the library presents “Story Time” for the kids and we have a summer activity program in June of each year.
